BlueAxus is a Florida-registered LLC operating intrastate within the state of Florida. Because our vehicles fall within the 10,001 lb gross vehicle weight rating limit and we do not cross state lines, we are not required to hold federal MC or DOT authority under U.S. DOT rules. That said, we carry full commercial insurance and follow every applicable Florida transportation requirement, because doing things the right way is simply how we operate.
